I am an experienced educator and academic leader with over 8 years in secondary education and program leadership, complemented by a decade of corporate experience in business intelligence and analytics. My passion lies in cultivating scholars, coders, and future leaders through evidence-based strategies and inclusive, student-centered practices.
Currently serving as Head of Schools at Ascend Virtual Academy, I lead initiatives that drive academic excellence and innovation in middle school education. My background includes teaching Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Financial Literacy, and Entrepreneurship aligned with national and Georgia Performance Standards. I also champion extracurricular programs as an FBLA Adviser, Girls Who Code Sponsor, and Code Club Director, fostering leadership and technical skills beyond the classroom.
Prior to education, I built a strong foundation in data analytics and IT, working with Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, telecom, and financial services. Skilled in BI tools, SQL, and data visualization, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and instructional leadership to every role.
